NBS DAO Bounty System
NBS DAO赏金制
一、社区赏金Community Bounty
该赏金主要奖赏对NBS社区建设做出贡献的人。
This bounty mainly rewards those who have contributed to the building of the NBS community.
1、将NCN总量中预留的1.8亿NCN作为赏金池，每周固定支出100万NCN。有减半机制，赏金池每支出一半则每周赏金减半。
The 180 million NCN reserved in the total amount of NCN will be used as a bounty pool, with a fixed weekly expenditure of 1 million NCN. There is a halving mechanism, and the weekly bounty is halved for every half of the bounty pool spent.
2、申请赏金的社区成员在NBS论坛上发帖展示自己的工作成果。任何对NBS社区有益的工作都可以展示，包括但不限于在各类自媒体宣传NBS、在社交软件上建立NBS群组、撰写教程、转发NBS资讯、在GITHUB提交代码、提合理化建议等等。
Community members who apply for a bounty post on the NBS forum to showcase their work. Any work that is beneficial to the NBS community can be displayed, including but not limited to promoting NBS in various we-media, establishing NBS groups on social app, writing tutorials, forwarding NBS information, submitting code on GITHUB, making rationalization suggestions, etc.
3、申请赏金的社区成员在NBS链上发投票提案，提案链接指向已经在论坛上(https://nbs.wiki)发出的帖子。注意，提案的名称开头要标示【社区建设赏金】，提案的有效期要设置为当周的周日。
Community members who apply for the bounty will send a voting proposal on the NBS chain, and the proposal link will point to the post that has been posted on the NBS forum(https://nbs.wiki). Note that the name of the proposal should be marked with [Community Building Bounty] at the beginning, and the validity period of the proposal should be set to the Sunday of the week.
4、内盘持币者投票。
The NBS token holders vote proposal on chain.
5、获得票数靠前的（不超过十名，根据实际情况调整）申请人根据得票比例分配赏金。投票截止日和赏金发放日为当周的周日。
The applicants with the highest number of votes (no more than ten, adjusted according to the actual situation) will distribute the reward according to the proportion of votes. Voting deadline and bounty distribution are Sundays of the week.
二、工作赏金 Job Bounty
该赏金主要奖赏对NBS的治理和技术开发做出贡献的人。
This bounty primarily rewards those who have contributed to the governance and technical development of NBS.
1、每月固定支出100万NBS。
Fixed monthly expenditure of 1 million NBS.
2、赏金申请人在NBS论坛上展示工作成果、月工作报告、工作方案等信息。任何对NBS技术发展和治理等方面的工作都可以展示，包括但不限于撰写技术报告、技术数据统计、提交代码、建立各类节点、改进浏览器、升级钱包、建设或改进跨链网关等等，比较大的贡献可连续申请，也可以边工作边申请，但每个月都需要提供阶段性工作成果。理事会作为NBS治理工作的主要力量，倡议理事会成员要积极发布工作报告，在接受社区投票考察的同时可申请赏金作为工资，同时也鼓励其他为NBS治理做出贡献的社区成员申请赏金。

Any work on NBS technology development and governance welcome to be displayed, including but not limited to writing technical reports, technical data statistics, submitting codes, establishing various nodes, improving browsers, upgrading wallets, building or improving cross-chain gateways, etc. , for larger contributions, you can apply continuously, or you can apply while working, but you need to provide phased work results every month. As the main force of NBS governance, the council recommends that council members actively publish work reports, apply for bounties as wages while accepting community votes and inspections, and also encourage other community members who have contributed to NBS governance to apply for bounties .

三、其他说明： Other instructions:
1、网络基础设施、网站维护等必不可少的开支维持原开支方案不变
The necessary expenses such as network infrastructure and website maintenance remain the same as the original spending plan.
2、如发生重复发投票提案等作弊或者不合理行为理事会有权干预。如当期赏金无人申请或者申请质量明显较差的理事会可决定停止或减少赏金，赏金回流资金池。
The council has the right to intervene in the event of repeated voting proposals and other cheating or unreasonable behaviors. If no one has applied for the bounty in the current period or the council whose application quality is obviously poor, can decide to stop or reduce the bounty, and the bounty will be returned to the fund pool.
3、重要的、急需的开发理事会也可提请核心群投票通过后另行开支。
Important and urgently needed development councils can also ask the core group to vote for additional expenses.
4、一般情况下公共票仓不参与投票。如出现特别突出的工作也可经核心群批准后参与投票。
Under normal circumstances, public voting booths do not participate in voting. If there is a particularly outstanding work, it can also participate in the voting after approval by the core group.
