为改善NBS内盘交易体验、增强内盘稳定币nbCNY的稳定性，经理事会提议、NBS社区核心群投票批准，NBS内盘将于北京时间2021年3月26日8:00正式执行强清阶梯收费。具体内容如下：

1、强清手续费调整为5％。

2、根据强清成交时的债仓的抵押率的不同，返还一部分手续费给发起强清者，具体规则如下：

1）若被强清者的抵押率在195％以下，则返还给发起强清者4％的手续费。即如果强清到抵押率在195以下的债仓，实际只需要付出一个点的手续费。

2）若被强清者的抵押率在195％~300％，则返还给发起强清者2％的手续费。即如果强清到抵押率在195和300之间的债仓，实际需要付出三个点的手续费。

3）若被强清者的抵押率在300％以上，则不返还手续费。即如果强清到抵押率在300以上的债仓，实际需要付出五个点的手续费。

4）强清手续费返还账号为system-fee-cashback，此帐号采用自动脚本运行，实时自动返还手续费。

3、强清延时调整为6小时。

Announcement Of NBS Council On The Implementation Of Compulsory Liquidation Tiered Fee

Dear NBS community and investors:

In order to improve the trading experience of NBS internal market and enhance the stability of stable currency nbCNY, after the proposal of the NBS council and the approval of the NBS community core group, the NBS internal market will implement the tiered fee of compulsory liquidation at 8:00 on March 26, 2021(Beijing time).

The details are as follows:

The compulsory liquidation fee is adjusted to 5%.
According to the different mortgage rate of the debt position at the time of the compulsory liquidation transaction, will be returned a part of the handling fee to the initiator of the compulsory liquidation.

The specific rules are as follows:
(1) If the mortgage rate of the compulsory liquidation is below 195%, will refund 4% handling fee to the initiator of the compulsory liquidation. That is to say, if the debt position with a mortgage rate less than 195% of compulsory liquidation, only need to pay 1% handling fee.
(2) If the mortgage rate of the compulsory liquidation is between 195% and 300%, will refund 2% handling fee to the initiator of the compulsory liquidation .That is to say, if the debt position with a mortgage rate between 195% and 300% of compulsory liquidation, it need to pay 3% handling fee.
(3) If the mortgage rate of the compulsory liquidation is more than 300%, the handling fee will not be refunded. That is to say, if the debt position with a mortgage rate of more than 300% of compulsory liquidation, it need to pay 5% handling fee .
(4) The compulsory liquidation fee refund account is system-fee-cashback. This account is running an automatic script, and the fee is automatically refund in real-time.
3.The delay time of compulsory liquidation is adjusted to 6 hours.
