NBS理事会按照DAO管理程序获核心投资者批准后宣布启动NBS第二次60万USDT回购计划，今日已执行第7批次回购行动。

本次回购共购得3700多万NBS，占市场流通NBS（17.12亿）的比例为2.17%，已使用的回购资金总额合计50万USDT（不含交易费用），最低成交价格为0.012USDT，最高成交价格为0.0138USDT。

NBS理事会于2021年9月21日召开内部会议，已经在讨论增加回购金额的可行性，计划将回购金额提高40万USDT，拟使用不低于60万USDT且不超过100万USDT的自有资金，以不超过0.0138USDT/股的回购价格回购NBS。本次回购的NBS将全部用于审议通过的NBS长期服务计划。

1）若被强清者的抵押率在195％以下，则返还给发起强清者4％的手续费。即如果强清到抵押率在195以下的债仓，实际只需要付出一个点的手续费。

2）若被强清者的抵押率在195％~300％，则返还给发起强清者2％的手续费。即如果强清到抵押率在195和300之间的债仓，实际需要付出三个点的手续费。

4）强清手续费返还账号为system-fee-cashback，此帐号采用自动脚本运行，实时自动返还手续费。

Dear NBS community and investors:

In order to improve the trading experience of NBS internal market and enhance the stability of stable currency nbCNY, after the proposal of the NBS council and the approval of the NBS community core group, the NBS internal market will implement the tiered fee of compulsory liquidation at 8:00 on March 26, 2021(Beijing time).

The details are as follows:

1. The compulsory liquidation fee is adjusted to 5%.
2. According to the different mortgage rate of the debt position at the time of the compulsory liquidation transaction, will be returned a part of the handling fee to the initiator of the compulsory liquidation.

根据NBS理事会消息，NBS去中心化交易所将于3月底上线网格交易功能，旨在更好地帮助交易者进行策略交易以及拓展其市场深度。现阶段NBS网格交易功能已进入内测阶段，预计不久后将公测开放给交易用户。
