a. Login to Web Wallet
b. Click the menu item in the upper right corner of the web wallet (three bar buttons)
c. Click to vote
d. Click Budget Item
e. Click to create a new budget item
f. Enter the name of the project (note that the name cannot be long, otherwise the proposal will not be issued. It is marked with [Community Bounty] or [work Bounty] at the beginning. The former will be awarded every Sunday, and the latter at the end of each month)
g. Select the start and end time of the project (the end time [Community Mountain] is Sunday, and the [work Mountain] is the last day at the end of the month. Note that we use the end time to determine what award is applied for. If the end time is set incorrectly, the voting will be invalid. It is recommended to set the start time as the end time minus 1 day)
h. Fill in 1 for daily salary.
i. Paste your post address in the website column. Note that the address cannot be too long, or the proposal cannot be sent out. The link address of the mobile version of the forum is too long. You should use a computer browser to open the forum and obtain the address, which is relatively short.
j. After voting, if your proposal is in the top ten, on the day when the proposal ends, you will share 1 million NCN or NBS with other proposals according to the proportion of votes.

- What if you can only use the NBS++wallet and can't log in to the web wallet?
a. Login to NBS++Wallet
b. Click "My"
c. Click "Wallet&Multiple Sign"
d. Pull down to the bottom and click "Backup Wallet"
e. Follow the prompts to back up the account files to the computer.
f. Select Import Backup File on the computer UI wallet login page, and you can use the UI to login to the web wallet.
4.How to vote?
Click on the service in the NBS++wallet -->Click to vote -->Click on the budget item, and the NBS coin holders can vote for their satisfactory work.
