Announcement on the repurchase and destruction of NBS and NCN in September 2023
Dear NBS Community, respected investors:
According to the Announcement of China BTS Association on the Official launch of the Main Network and the Implementation Rules of the Air drop on September 13,2020 and the Announcement on the determination of NBC internal stablecoin, Points and Mining Overall Solution on September 28,2020, And the Announcement of NBS Council on December 31,2020 on the Opening of DEFI Recommended Mining on January 1,2021, and the Announcement on April 21,2021 on the NCN repurchase Price Steady Improvement Mechanism on April 21,2021 handled the repurchase and destruction affairs in September 2023 in accordance with the above rules:
Mining fund account in January and September (earth.goat) repurchase 3,160,157 NCN, all destroyed.
- Mining fund account (earth.goat) will be added on October 134.5 million NBS at 0.4489 NBS (0.4275 repurchase orders were not all completed, so the repurchase price increased by 5% on this basis this month) to continue to repurchase NCN.

关于2023年9月份NBS和NCN回购销毁的公告
亲爱的NBS社区，尊敬的投资者：
根据公会2020年9月13日《中国BTS公会关于主网正式上线和空投执行细则的公告》及2020年9月28日《关于确定NBS内盘稳定币、积分及挖矿整体解决方案的公告》，以及2020年12月31日《NBS理事会关于自2021年1月1日起开启DEFI推荐挖矿的公告》、2021年4月21日《关于NBS内盘建立NCN回购价格稳步提升机制的公告》按照上述规则处理2023年9月份回购销毁事务如下：
1、9月份挖矿资金账户（earth.goat）回购3160157枚NCN,全部销毁。
2、挖矿资金账户（earth.goat）将于10月13日新增挂单450万NBS以0.4489NBS（上月0.4275的回购挂单未全部成交，故本月回购价在此基础上升5％）的价格继续回购NCN。
