The details are as follows: 1. The compulsory liquidation fee is adjusted to 5%. 2.  According to the different mortgage rate of the debt position at the time of the compulsory liquidation transaction, will be returned a part of the handling fee to the initiator of the compulsory liquidation. The specific rules are as follows: (1) If the mortgage rate of the compulsory liquidation is below 195%, will refund 4% handling fee to the initiator of the compulsory liquidation.
