Announcement On Raising The Upper Limit Of nbCNY Total Amount To 30 Million In NBS Internal Market
Dear NBS investors:
After the NBS Council meeting discussed and reported to the core group of NBS guild for approval, NBS community decided to raise the maximum amount of stable currency nbCNY to 30 million. The adjustment of nbCNY total cap will take effect at 24: 00 Beijing time on March 31, 2021, so investors please pay attention.
As the output of NBS internal stable currency has reached the upper limit of 16 million for several days, this raise is a regular adjustment in accordance with established rules. According to the current price of NBS, the increased quota of 14 million nbCNY is expected to attract another 100 million ~ 120 million NBS to participate in mortgage mining, which will reduce the market circulation by 5.6% ~ 6.7%.
